Frequently Asked Questions

How long in advance do I need to place my order?


As we run our shop on a made-to-order basis, it is important for your orders to come in at least 3 days in advance so that we have ample time to make sure that your order is freshly prepared. For events and catering, it is important to confirm your order with us a minimum of 3 weeks in advance. Any express or last minute orders will be subject to availability and will be subjected to a last minute fee!




Can I decide what is on the private dining menu?


Our Private Dining Menu is largely based on seasonality to ensure that you enjoy the best of the seasons. Of course, with that being said, the menu can be discussed further upon confirmation. Informing us of your allergies is essential to ensure that all our guests have a safe and great time!




Is there a minimum age requirement for the cooking classes?


No there isn't. It is open to all ages! However, we do strongly encourage that children below the age of 14 is to be accompanied by an adult.




Do you provide delivery?


Yes we do! However, we rely on a third party delivery service and all delivery fees will be dependent on our delivery partner and location.




Are you guys Halal-Certified?


We are not halal-certified. However, we are halal-compliant. We do use only halal certified ingredients and do not use any pork, lard or alcohol in production. However, we do serve alcohol during our private dining events.




Are you a registed business?


Yes we are! We are actually recognised by ARCA as a legitimate business and we are even on GEBIZ to work with any government institutions.




What are my payment methods?


We currently only accept Paynow or Paylah! to our UEN of 53414767D!
